How I help
How I help clients evaluate a property.
I help clients slow down the decision, separate emotion from facts, and understand the property, the numbers, and the transaction before moving forward.
How I help
I help clients slow down the decision, separate emotion from facts, and understand the property, the numbers, and the transaction before moving forward.
I help you look past finishes and think about layout, systems, inspection findings, maintenance risk, and how the home actually functions.
We look at pricing, ownership costs, resale considerations, and long-term fit so the decision makes sense beyond the showing.
I keep deadlines, communication, negotiation details, and next steps organized so the process stays clear from offer to closing.
About me
My name is Mushtaq Alzuhairi, a licensed real estate agent based in the greater Boston area. Real estate has been an important part of my life for nearly a decade. Over the past nine years, I have been actively involved in buying, selling, owning, and evaluating residential property, building a well-rounded perspective on what creates lasting value and what truly makes a home worth investing in.
My background is in engineering and management. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering Management and I have spent more than eight years working across different engineering roles. I currently work as a Project Manager in Surgical Robotics, where I manage complex projects, budgets, timelines, risks, and communication across multiple teams.
That experience shapes how I approach real estate. I pay close attention to market conditions, property conditions, long-term value, and the details that can easily be overlooked during an emotional decision. I enjoy helping people understand those fundamentals so they can make educated informed decisions with confidence, not pressure.
My approach is simple: I represent my clients with the same care and judgment I would use if I were making the decision for myself. I believe a deal should make sense beyond the excitement of the moment. Honesty, transparency, privacy, and clear communication are the standards I hold myself to with every client.

I turn the move into a sequence of checkpoints: define the goal, test the numbers, coordinate the details, and close with the decision still intact.
We align on goals, finances, timing, location, non-negotiables, and your decision style.
We evaluate the property and plan the next move: search criteria, pricing, prep work, risks, and resale factors.
We shape the offer or listing strategy, manage the transaction plan, and keep every responsible party moving.
We finish with organized documentation, final checks, and a confident handoff into your next chapter.
